With the deepening of quality education in our country and the development,the combination of information technology and education is more and more closely.This paper studies the block and Strategy Research of the construction of sports admiration in Colleges and universities in Shan Dong province.The main purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of physical education in Colleges and universities in ShanDong Province,so that ShanDong colleges and universities can better carry out PE lessons,hoping to provide an excellent path for the reform of physical education.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey method,to the ShanDong province university Sports MOOC construction block and strategy research as the research object,to block the ShanDong province university MOOC Sports construction as the starting point,explain the steps of mooc construction,from the school,teachers,students and the existing education system and teaching system as a breakthrough in the investigation,analysis of the ShanDong Province universities,teachers and students of colleges and universities in ShanDong Province Sports MOOC construction block factors,using Spss11.5 statistical software development status and blocking factors of ShanDong college MOOC Sports class and data on strategy analysis,draw the following conclusions:1.the famous professional sports colleges and universities in ShanDong province are too few,and there are more comprehensive sports colleges and universities,which can not satisfy the learners' pursuit of the well-known colleges and universities.2.The construction steps of the MOOC lesson are too complicated and the capital investment is too high.The requirements for professional titles,professional knowledge,computer level and teaching ability of PE teachers are too high.Physical education teachers in ShanDong colleges and universities can not meet the needs of MOOC construction.3.The equipment and equipment needed by the colleges and universities is not perfect,the capital investment is low,and the publicity of the MOOC lesson is low.The existingeducational system and teaching system in Colleges and universities resisted sports admiring lessons.3.Teachers in Colleges and universities have a low awareness of MOOC.They need a lot of time and energy to set up MOOC,which results in low intentionality of teachers.4.Students have a low degree of cognition to the class,the use rate and completion rate of the class are low,and the students' self-learning is poor.Based on the analysis and integration of the blocking factors in the construction of physical education in Colleges and universities in ShanDong Province,the following suggestions are put forward: improving the function construction of MOOC platform and further improving the interactive function.We should strengthen investment in schools,carry out regular training in physical education,improve teachers' understanding of MOOC,transform teachers' thoughts,and enhance teachers' level of operation and teaching ability.Improve the self-learning of sports students and develop good learning habits.And put forward the corresponding improvement strategy: deepen the reform of educational system,strengthen the importance of school leaders,improve the facilities of school Moore construction,and formulate policies of teacher encouragement and reward.To promote balanced development of MOOC class in Shan Dong Province,to guide the rapid development of sports mod,to achieve resource sharing and to promote platform functions,so as to provide an effective theoretical basis for the construction of physical education in ShanDong.
