Research On The Implementation Path Of Sports "Regular Competition" In Universities In Shandong Province

In 2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era,which clearly put forward the requirements of"church,practice,regular competition".As an irreplaceable key link of school physical education,"regular competition" plays an important role in promoting teaching and training.At present,there are still problems of imperfect mechanism and system and low frequency of competition organization in the process of sports competition in universities in China,which have not reached the goal of "regular competition".Therefore,based on the existing problems,the implementation path is constructed to provide an important reference for promoting the development of "regular sports competition" in ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province.In this paper,through the literature method,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics method,starting from the actual situation of the ordinary sports competition,analyze the problems existing in Shandong ordinary sports competition,determine the influencing factors of ordinary sports "regular",the implementation of the weight of the dimension factor,design the realization of Shandong ordinary sports "regular"path and safeguard measures.The study mainly drew the following conclusions:(1)Most sports competition managers of ordinary universities in Shandong Province have a high knowledge of sports "regular competition";the traditional sports competitions are complete,and the organizational forms are the track and field meetings and the school sports competition funds are mainly allocated by the university,which can basically meet the needs of "regular competition";the university sports competition facilities and teachers can basically meet the needs of "regular competition";and the existing sports competition mechanisms in universities are applicable to "regular competition".To some extent,it reflects that the ordinary institutions of higher learning in Shandong province basically have the basic conditions for carrying out the "regular competition".(2)Sports competition in Shandong Province;the sports competition mechanism and system have not fully meet the development of "regular competition";the frequency of intramural sports competition is not enough to meet the requirements of "regular competition",and the participation rate of students in sports competition needs to be improved;insufficient sports competition resources.To some extent,it reflects that the work of sports "regular competition" in ordinary universities in Shandong Province needs to be strengthened.(3)The influencing factors of the implementation of sports "regular competition" in Shandong Province include the organization of sports competition and the participants,the objective conditions of sports competition,and the organization and management of sports competition.There are 7 influencing factors for the organization of sports competitions and participants,among which the most influencing factors are the attention of college leaders and the construction of sports social groups in colleges and universities.There are 8 factors affecting the objective conditions of sports competition,among which the equipment,equipment,facilities of sports competition and the competition procedures are the most heavily weighted.There are 7 factors influencing the organization and management of sports competition,among which the organization form,time and project of sports competition have the greater weight of the influence factors.(4)The design of the implementation path of "regular competition" in ordinary universities in Shandong Province mainly includes improving the system of "regular competition",establishing the competition system of class,class,school,shifting the focus of school sports,optimizing the "regular competition" management mechanism;implementing the concept of "church,practice and regular competition",constructing a diversified competition organization mode;giving play to the strength of school associations and social organizations to promote the implementation of "regular competition" in university sports;enriching the contents of sports competitions in universities,and creating the atmosphere of sports culture and education.(5)The development of the implementation path of sports "regular competition" in ordinary universities in Shandong Province needs certain safeguard measures.Combined with the reality and needs,four guarantees are put forward,namely,the policy guarantee,talent guarantee,fund guarantee and security guarantee of the implementation path of sports"regular competition".
