Study On Liaocheng Shaolin Martial Arts School Campus Football Activities

This thesis conducts a case study on the campus soccer activities in Shaolin Military College of Liaocheng City through the methods of literature,fieldwork,interviews and questionnaires.To explore the characteristics and problems encountered in the development of campus soccer activities in Liaocheng Shaolin Military Academy,analyze the obstacles,and explore relatively reasonable solutions to relevant issues in order to provide a reasonable science for the development of campus football.It also provides a useful reference for the development of campus football of the same type of school.The findings are as follows:1)School leaders are sensitive to seize the opportunity of developing the campus football in China,and formulate various strategies for the development of campus football activities with the distinctive management concepts of “one school,one product” and “one football”.2)The school allocates teacher resources rationally,and uniquely combines nonfootball special teachers with football special teachers to achieve the rationalization of teacher resource allocation.3)According to the school's own conditions set up characteristic football courses,football courses are divided into compulsory courses,special courses and self-education courses three,the compulsory courses as a way to popularize campus football,special courses are mainly to improve students' football technology,while self-study Classes improve school football atmosphere.4)With reference to the latest international teaching ideas,methods and models,the teaching materials suitable for the school's campus football activities are adapted through teaching teams to carry out characteristic teaching,thus forming a school-specific teaching model.5)According to the regulations,there will be no traces between football and big classes,and three different organizational models will be used to carry out large-classactivities for footballers in the low age group,high age group and the school team members in order to improve the student body.The purpose of quality.6)Under the condition of insufficient funding,a set of methods for selecting materials with low cost,high operability,and strong practicality is explored,and training is carried out on the training concept of “training with the game”.Management implements the "people-oriented management" concept.7)At present,the direction of school development is still on the basis of upgrading the scale of campus football.It should be changed in the direction of improving the quality of development.The strength of teachers needs to be improved.The promotion should be started from three aspects of introduction,training,and salary improvement;Sources of funding should be reformed.
