In recent years, the central and local government repeatedly introduced a series of policies on the activities of the campus football, school football "national training plan" is to the school solid steadily. This will be conducive to the cultivation of excellent football coaches and to improve the theoretical knowledge of physical education teachers to build a good platform. In March 8, 2015, the State Council issued “the General plan of the development and reform of Chinese football ”, it clearly pointed out that the football has been arrived to the “national policy” political high degree. in a word, under the social and economic transformation of the national revival “China dream” and “sports power dream”, vigorous of campus football activities will be likely to change the features of our long-term backward football.The city of Changsha is the country’s first approved national campus football layout of the city, At present, it has already owns 44 campus football pilot schools, including 7 high schools. Over this years, Changsha city has been the training and selection of sports reserve talents in our country, mainly to the advantage of gymnastics, badminton, athletics, weightlifting and other sports, the development level and the construction of the campus football also walk in the forefront of the Hunan Province. In the face of the national campus football in the background of the times, The national Ministry of education appointed three professional foreign football coach personally to the Changsha City high school football school layout to guide the teaching work, which will be conducive to the high school students in the campus football layout of the students in the football technical and Tactical Teaching and practical training games and other aspects of a more intuitive demonstration and guidance of the scene. Therefore, it makes every student’s entrance channel blocked.4、The professional football teachers are scarce, individual schools are not football professional sports teachers,accept this,some schools also specially hired the soccer coach to instruct the student daily teaching, the training and the competition.5、The campus football special fund shortage is the common problem that hinders the development of campus football in Changsha, some of the school students to participate in the football match is sponsored by the students’ parents.6 、 Intercollegiate football exchange activities is less, the polarization phenomenon is serious, and students to play some of the big game performance in the race because of the contradiction between the two departments of the Bureau of education and Sports Bureau is not recognized.7、The Changsha City Campus football slogan is singing ring,but it is lack of attention to school leadership, top-down execution is not enough, the social organization of the campus football’s lack of support.
