As one of the basic subjects of improving the quality of student,history discipline plays an important role in carrying forward our traditional culture and national spirit.How to let the history come alive and vivid in the teaching,this kind of new teaching goal requests the teacher to change the teaching method,apply the new teaching method and guide the student to study history course actively.Based on the new curriculum concept and the existing research achievements in the history education field,this paper combines the problems in the history teaching class of junior middle School with the theory of visual communication design,and discusses how to make student learn and master historical knowledge visually and interestingly through the way of information visualization design.The research contents of the thesis are divided into the following parts:Chapter 1,this paper expounds the background and significance of this subject in detail as the theoretical basis of the topic.Chapter 2,this paper defines and introduces the concepts involved in the subject which are theoretical support of the subject.Then,through systematic analysis of the history knowledge of junior middle school and a large number of classroom questionnaires,this paper focuses on the investigation of teachers ' demand and students ' psychology and learning state in the class.After that,this paper puts forward that history teaching design and auxiliary teaching tools should conform to the characteristics of historical subjects and the scope of psychology and knowledge acceptance of junior middle school students.Chapter 3,this paper combs the characteristics and classification of information visualization design,sums up the advantages of information visualization design applied in history teaching,and as the theoretical support of the subject.In the Chapter 4,we explains the requirements and principles of the information visualization design of history teaching content.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of each historical topic,this paper studies the manifestation of information visualization and its different combination methods.Then,we summarize and design the method of information visualization which accords with the characteristics of history teaching content,including guidance method,contrast method,map method,graphic method and the tree topology method.Chapter 5,this paper combs the creative thinking and design language,and then makes use of the above design method to make a set of complete design practice works,which is applied in the history teaching.Finally,it is hoped that the study of this paper can increase students ' interest in the study of historical knowledge,and that this research project can provide practical value for teachers to prepare lessons and give lectures.
