The Research On Improving University Students' Legal Literacy Under "The Belt And Road" Initiative

"The Belt and Road" is short for "The Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21stCentury Maritime Silk Road".It was introduced in the speech in Kazakhstan and Indonesia in the autumn of 2013,and it is a new initiative of China to carry out allround opening-up in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This initiative is warmly welcomed by many countries in the world,especially the developing countries along the line,because it fits the vision of sustainable development of all countries.University students are not only witnesses of "The Belt and Road" construction,but also the backbone and stabilizing force of "The Belt and Road" construction.With the implementation of "The Belt and Road",it highlights that the legal literacy of university students in our country is becoming more and more unsuitable.In response to the national call,university students are actively engaged in the construction of "The Belt and Road",and the legal literacy must be improved."The Belt and Road"initiative,it is of great practical value to improve the legal literacy of university students and help the development of national and regional and higher education undertakings along the routes.In this paper,"The Belt and Road" initiative as the background,taking the university students as the object,using literature research method and case study method of "The Belt and Road" initiative of the students' legal literacy promotion research.The research includes four parts.The first part is introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research train of thought,research methods and innovations.The second part,"The Belt and Road" initiative an overview of the basic research on the promotion of legal literacy of university students.The main research concept of "The Belt and Road" and the main contents,the students' legal literacy and the main content,the relationship between university students' legal literacy and ideological and political education,legal literacy to enhance relations with the "The Belt and Road" construction of university students.The third part,"The Belt and Road "initiative legal literacy problems of university students and the causes.The first study and summary of the main problems of the legal literacy of university students,including the legal knowledge is not in place,the legal consciousness is weak,the legal belief is not firm,the application of the law is insufficient.Then,according to the principles of Marx's materialist dialectics,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the social environmental factors,the factors of the institutions of higher education and the factors of university students.The fourth part,"The Belt and Road"initiative under the multiple paths of the students' legal literacy promotion.Mainly from the legal environment,create a good social atmosphere,improve the rule of law in colleges and universities should strengthen their own legal literacy in three aspects,put forward the "The Belt and Road" initiative of the students' legal literacy to enhance the practical suggestions.Finally,the conclusion.A summary of the full text,and that "The Belt and Road"initiative to enhance students' legal literacy research is just in its infancy,still need continuous improvement and innovation.
