Since 2002,the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the "Guidelines for the Teaching of Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges and Universities in the Whole Country".Curriculum reform and school physical education teaching are all facing many pressures and challenges. The traditional way of physical education can no longer meet the needs of students' physical and mental development. The university sports classroom is one of the important places for promoting students to participate in physical exercise and cultivate students' awareness of lifelong physical exercise.Using scientific teaching methods can better promote quality education and enable students to establish the concept of healthy first and lifelong exercise. This study will introduce the task-driven teaching method into tennis classroom teaching.Through the change of tennis teaching methods, the experimental research and analysis will be conducted. The results of the questionnaire data measured before and after the experiment will be compared. The results will be obtained using SPSS 16.0 and the data will be analyzed. In order to test the impact of using task-driven teaching methods on students of tennis general classes,it aims to provide a certain reference for improving the quality of tennis teaching. The experimental results are as follows:(1)Regardless of adopting task-driven or conventional teaching methods, students' learning attitude after testing(P=0.00<0.01)has a certain improvement compared with that before the experiment(P=0.391>0.05).The improvement of students' learning attitude is higher than that of the control class.(2)The P-values of students' attitudes towards tennis learning measured before and after the comparison experiment were 0.863,0.00,respectively.There was a significant difference between the students' attitudes towards tennis exercise(P>0.05)and no significant difference(P-value less than 0.01)..This shows that the implementation of task-driven teaching method in tennis teaching has a great effect on students' attitudes to exercise;from the point of view of testing the students' attitudes after the experiment, the average value of the experimental class increased from 14.19 to 19.53,and the change range is large, making it easier for students.Change your exercise attitude.(3)The P-value of the self-confidence test on tennis learning between the experimental group and the control group is 0.773,The self-confidence test result of the task-driven teaching method has a P value of 0.00.Comparing the test results before and after the experiment,it can be seen that students' self-confidence in tennis learning changes from(P greater than 0.05)to no significant difference(P value less than 0.01)and there is a very significant difference.(4)Comparing the average scores of technical examination between experimental class and control class, the use of SPSS16.0 to detect independent sample T test showed that the P value was 0.023,(P<0.05)with significant difference. It shows that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class, but there is no significant effect on the students' physical quality.
