Confidence is one of the most important factors for everyone to achieve a happy and healthy life.Every person can't grow up without self-confidence.Due to the lack of parental care,the left-behind children group is poorly guided by education,which leads to the formation of incorrect self-cognition,which leads to inferiority and in confidence.According to the situation of left-behind children heart white paper investigation,according to present situation of left-behind children self-esteem index is low,the inferiority complex,in the aspect of self consciousness is serious about his intelligence,appearance and other evaluation obviously on the low side.Through professional services,social work should play a role in helping to improve the self-confidence of left-behind children and form correct self-cognition and good self-identification.This study use Y middle school of rural left-behind children in Jiangxi Province as the research object,through the former inventory and questionnaires on Y high school learn more about the present situation and problems of rural left-behind children's self-confidence: low inventory before scoring,there are serious inferiority complex,self cognitive bias,there's not a good identity,lack of confidence.Advantage on the basis of the integrated use of perspective theory and social learning theory,theory of growth group,explore the group social work intervention in rural left-behind children's self-confidence improved results might be,to carry out the "travel" by my youth,self-confidence left-behind children group,self-confidence to overcome self-abased,form the correct self-knowledge and the good identity,improve confidence as the team goal.Based on the goal,I designed my series group activities by recognizing myself,accepting myself and affirming myself.To help the rural left-behind children learn about themselves,find their own advantages and strengths,overcome their inferiority complex,and face life with confidence.In all group activities in and effect assessment,draw a group in the aspect of self-esteem have certain model strategy: inventory scores improved,after the group to form the correct self-knowledge and the good identity,hold a positive attitude to one,root and shoot the seeds of confidence in mind.In the process of intervention,it also helps the left-behind children to overcome their inferiority and to face the difficulties of growing up with an optimistic attitude.Therefore,it is of positive significance for social work to intervene in rural left-behind children's self-confidence.Although some effects have been achieved,there are still disadvantages: first,the professional competence of social workers needs to be improved,and the professional competence of social workers needs to be strengthened.Second,it is necessary to build a social support network for the confidence of left-behind children,and develop more power and resources to focus on the building of confidence of left-behind children.
