In recent years, rural children left behind frequent accidents, it has been a serious threat to the growth of children left behind. Particularly in Bijie City, Guizhou Province rural children left behind two children poisoned events and disappearances typical, triggered a strong concern of the whole society and Consideration of rural children left behind security issues. Care for rural children left behind to protect the common responsibility of families, society and government, rural children left behind to solve security problems not only related to the healthy growth of children, but also to maintain a stable and harmonious development of society as a whole.As we all know, childhood is to learn the golden age, the critical period, at this stage the acquisition of knowledge, skills and raise awareness of the promotion will affect the person's life. Then the factors affecting rural children left behind safe knowledge of what? Security needs of rural children left behind are what? How effective intervention to enhance the safety of rural children left behind? How to help rural children left behind a better grasp of the knowledge and skills?In this paper, the Shaanxi Provincial Women's Federation launched the implementation of the Red Phoenix Project "Disaster small classroom" project, for example, to participate in the activities of rural children left behind for the survey, using questionnaires, interview forms, observation, etc., to understand the security situation of rural children left behind and demand conditions, as a basis for designing and developing service projects and programs for rural children left behind to solve security problems. In the social work profession theory, integrating the use of group work and other professional methods and case method is proposed to solve the security problems of rural children left behind and ideas from the general direction of the micro, meso perspective, and to develop reasonable and effective program of activities and objectives. Rural children left behind to establish the correct social security concept through practical operation, to help them acquire knowledge and self-help security self-care skills. In the implementation of "Disaster small classroom" project, there are some problems need from schools, families, social workers, community, social, and government and other aspects to improve the operation of the project to help rural children left behind to create a safe atmosphere of growth.
