In the process of long-term economic and social reform and development in China,the historical situation of imbalanced economic development and the urban-rural dual structure have led to an increase in population movements between urban and rural areas,and the number of left-behind children in rural areas has also increased..Due to the absence of parental supervision,the actual guardian's ability to monitor is insufficient,and the rural left-behind children group has experienced serious social problems,which has caused widespread concern.In recent years,accidents have occurred frequently among left-behind children,but schools and communities have had little success as the backbone of solving the problem of left-behind children in rural areas.As a professional helper service,social work,its values,helping methods and working modes are all applicable to solving the problem of rural left-behind children in China.Social workers rely on government resources and platforms to unite with the Child Welfare Officer to form a "point-to-face" work model,build a social support system for rural left-behind children,and adopt work methods and procedures for visiting,establishing archives,activity supervision,and casework.Help rural left-behind children get a good education in the process of growth,establish positive values and world outlook,promote the healthy and harmonious life of rural left-behind children in China,and promote the harmonious development of society.This paper is based on the rural left-behind children project in X District of Wuhan City.It analyzes the advantages and dilemmas of the client A Shun from the perspective of superiority,and continuously demonstrates the gains and losses in the work process,and comprehensively demonstrates the work methods of social work in the care of left-behind children in rural areas.Protect the processes and advantages at work.This research is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the research background of this paper.By summarizing the author's implementation experience in the project and the combing of relevant literature,the practical significance of the case work service activities provided by the advantage perspective in the rural left-behind children project is brought out.And theoretical significance.The second part is based on the overall project that the author engages in and participates in.It is based on the exploration of social work as a practical profession in the left-behind children's group.It shows the whole picture of the project and strives to depict the society.The working status of the work organization and its frontline social workers.In the third part,A Shun is used as a case study to analyze the specific implementation and presentation of case work in the rural left-behind children project.The fourth part,in the third part,examines the advantages and operational long-term path of the group work in the rural left-behind children project from the perspective of service provision.In view of the current lack of family custody of rural left-behind children,the lack of attention of the school and the lack of social attention,the paper proposes to intervene in the specialization of individual cases,build and improve the social support network of rural left-behind children in the family,school and community,and strive to To solve the current situation of frequent incidents of left-behind children in China,provide a solution to the social work path.
