With the rapid development of information science and technology,we have entered the era of big data."Talking with data" is the hallmark of this era and the consensus of the whole society.The core of "speaking with data" is to explore the characteristics and laws of the development of the object through the analysis of the data to achieve the purpose of solving the corresponding problem."Data Analysis" is one of the six core literacy in Mathematics Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which is conducive to students' lifelong development.In this paper,the literature related to core literacy of data analysis at home and abroad is sort out by using the method of literature review.Furthermore,based on the theoretical basis of the connotation and level of data analysis core literacy,the knowledge and skills corresponding to different levels of data analysis literacy are defined.By investigating the mathematics teachers and students in two high schools of different level in Yueyang City.On the one hand,the questionnaires are used to find out how much attention teachers attach to the training of students' data analysis literacy,and how familiar they are with the core literacy,and the actual teaching situation of probability and statistics content.On the other hand,using the form of test questions,the current statuses of students' psychological quality and data analysis literacy are studied.The survey results show that some problems in this prefecture are still existed:(1)The requirements of the curriculum standards are different from the teachers' cognitive concepts;(2)Teachers do not know much about the core literacy of data analysis,and their professional literacy needs to be improved;(3)Teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of data analysis literacy;(4)Some differences between students' core literacy of data analysis and the requirements of curriculum standards are existed.In view of these problems,combining with the requirements of high school mathematics curriculum standards for training students' data analysis literacy,some teaching suggestions in this paper are put forward in four aspects: introducing problems and realistic situations,improving students' ability to reflect data,rationalizing the selection and analysis of examples,and guiding students to use information technology.On this basis,three teaching cases are creatively designed.
