As the need of individual development,social adaptation is concerned by scholars both at home and abroad.Due to historical and geographical factors,the Sino Vietnamese border area education is relatively backward,and the influence of market economy,the cost of education and reading useless,many students of Zhuang nationality after the college entrance examination did not choose to study,but directly into the society.At present,college students employment pressure circumstances,for there is no education,and no experience and technology of high school graduates,they can adapt to the society? How to adapt to the situation? A series of problems caused by the thinking of researchers.This paper uses empirical research methods,through the questionnaire survey and observation and interviews,analysis of the Sino Vietnamese border areas of Pingxiang,Longzhou and Ningming three counties(city)social adaptation situation of Zhuang high school graduates,the results of the study show that: Zhuang nationality high school graduates overall for medium level of social adaptability.Zhuang female high school graduates social adaptability is stronger than male graduates,only children of Zhuang high school graduates adaptability is weaker than the non only child;in the time of graduation,the better the social adaptability of earlier Zhuang graduated from senior high school students;singleton high school graduates in three aspects of marriage and family,relationship with colleagues,friends and relatives relationship between reach the extremely significant level,the social adaptability of senior high school students graduated from different time difference reached very significant level.Using the related theory of Sociology of education,based on the results of the interview to analyze the influencing factors to their society,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The thesis consists of five parts:The first part: introduction.Mainly is the literature review and definition of related concepts,and the research process,methods,contents and steps are introduced.The second part: the current situation of high school graduates in the social adaptability of zhuang.The quantitative research of nearly 5 years into the society of Zhuang nationality high school graduates social adaptability questionnaire;and by the employing unit evaluation of Zhuang high school graduates social adaptability questionnaire analysis.The qualitative research is the investigation of A village,mainly for high school graduates and graduates of the Zhuang of my relatives and friends were interviewed.Adaptation research mode of using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the social Zhuang high school graduates.The third part: An analysis of the factors influencing the social adaptability of high school graduates in Zhuang Nationality.By interviewing graduates,employers and graduates of relatives and friends,analysis the influence factors of high school graduates can not adapt to the Zhuang society mainly has three aspects: one is the graduates for their own reasons,including cognitive bias and personality defects,lack of interpersonal experience and lack of modern entrepreneurial spirit;on the other hand is the family reason,family conditions,family structure,family responsibilities and family education;three is the social reasons,mainly reflected in the lack of social support.The fourth part: countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of investigation and research,combined with the actual life,improve the social adaptability of the Zhuang nationality high school graduates countermeasures and suggestions from the society,family and individual three aspects are given.The fifth part: conclusion.Through the study of Zhuang nationality high school graduates social adaptability and characteristics,and study the process of reflection.
