The Analysis Of Government Roles In The Development Of College Students Innovation And Entrereneurship Of Heilongjiang Province

Since the 2010,with the increasing number of graduates,the severe employment situation,the reform of higher education,and the poor social innovation ability,the government's attention to the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students is increasing,and the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students have been constantly mentioned in the government's meeting,and the government departments at all levels have responded to the call.In order to promote the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students and give support and support to the implementation of innovative and entrepreneurial activities,all walks of life in the society are also constantly absorbing the elite in the development of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship development,and the students in our country have gained some achievements in innovation and Entrepreneurship.,for the social and economic development,the national overall innovation ability enhancement has contributed the strength.Since the related work of innovation and entrepreneurship in our country started relatively late and faced with a series of problems in the development of reality,this paper analyzes the role of the government in the development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the current government work.It is of great significance to improve the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial work of college students in China.Heilongjiang Province,as one of the provinces with slow economic development,has been devoting itself to changing its present situation,keeping up with the national pace,and actively developing college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in recent years.This paper takes Heilongjiang Province as the object of study,through issuing questionnaires to the college students of 6 universities in the province,analyzes the government in every link of the university students' innovation and entrepreneurship.Function,promote Heilongjiang Province university student innovation pioneering work development.The study found that at present,college students in Heilongjiang Province have made some achievements in innovative entrepreneurship work,the cognitive awareness of collegestudents' innovative entrepreneurship has been established,and the status of preparatory services for innovative entrepreneurship has been basically done.However,the establishment service and the company operation service are only in the stage of policy promulgation,and the effect of popularizing the college students is not very good,which needs the government to further strengthen and improve.According to the actual situation of investigation,this paper also puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial work in Heilongjiang Province Direction.
