| In recent years,under the influence of the continuing economic downturn and the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities,especially since the outbreak of the epidemic,many traditional business models have undergone earth-shaking changes due to the continuous popularization of micro-payment,alipay,Internet and other emerging things,the Employment Situation of college students is also changing.It has become an important choice for college graduates to engage in entrepreneurial activities.This is not only related to their own employment and future development,but also to provide more jobs and more employment opportunities for society,so as to absorb more social labor force,ease the employment pressure of society.Based on the present situation of Tangshan municipal government’s service function in promoting college students ‘entrepreneurship,this paper studies how the local government should embody the service function and what services should be provided in the process of college students’ entrepreneurship.Taking Tangshan for example,the paper analyzes the external environment of college students’ entrepreneurial activities,the present situation of the government’s service provision in the process of college students ‘entrepreneurship and finds out the problems.On this basis,it summarizes and analyzes the problems and causes of the government’s service function in the process of college students’ entrepreneurship.Then,in view of the causes of the formation of active exploration of countermeasures,in-depth Research,the local government can play a greater role in the promotion of entrepreneurship in society,optimizing the functions of government services for college students’ entrepreneurship.At the same time,it draws on the advanced experience of the United Kingdom,Japan,the United States and other countries as well as key cities such as Shanghai,Qingdao,Wuhan,etc.This paper uses various research methods to collect and sort out the data about the entrepreneurial activities of university students in Tangshan by literature research and investigation research.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the relevant research data,through comprehensive analysis,the paper makes theoretical analysis,summary,induction and in-depth analysis of government service functions. |
