Thus it can improve the intelligent mobile phone charging speed of fast charging technology which was expected by people.This article from the lithium ion battery charging principle analysis increasing the output voltage and current of the adapter are the trend of the development of the industry which has been published in the world of Quick charge technology also flowers, therefore, this paper integrates the representative of four kinds of Quick charge technology on the market: the VOOC flash charging technology of OPPO, Pump Express Plus of MTK, Max Charge of TI and Quick Charge2.0 of Qualcomm, through the principle of the four technology and market share analysis, this paper expounds the respective advantages and disadvantages, and learn to want to achieve Quick charge also need some auxiliary chips to work with. So this paper finally choose mature technology and the market share of more Quick Charge2.0 technology as the foundation protocol, designed a model with AC- DC power supply chip is used that can shake hands with the Quick charge control chip Charge2.0 agreement.Quick charge controls chip design in this paper is to use 0.8μm Bi CMOS process, it can through the USB D + and D- signal lines and the power management chip in mobile communication, if the phone support Quick Charge2.0, Quick charge control chip can be decoded from D + and D- passed the voltage signal, and feedback to the AC- DC power supply chip, control adapter output voltage and current. If the phone does not support the Quick Charge2.0, then it makes the adapter according to the 5 v / 2 a default output. And quick charge control chip design in this paper can real-time monitor the adapter output voltage and current and ensure constant output adapter. This article detailed introduces the quick charge control chip in the function of each module and implementation, including bandgap reference source for the fast charge, timing module, module and the constant pressure limit flow module. And the circuit of each module are carried on the detailed simulation, and then designed a system application solutions, with a mature AC- DC chip to chip design in this paper for system-level simulation. The result shows that the quick charge control chip design in this paper can achieve the preset functions and work performance is good.
