The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Peacekeeping Force Management Platform

In recent years,the composition of peacekeeping force personnel has gradually become diversified,and more demands have been made for the integrated management of the peacekeeping force under the diversified requirements of service,government affairs and assessment.As a result of the changes in the pattern and the function of the troops,the maintenance tasks of the peacekeeping force are becoming more and more important,and the maintenance difficulty is increasing,as well as the comprehensive management requirements.The use of the original maintenance way has long been unable to meet the peacekeeping force's requirements nowadays.To this end,we need to design an develop a comprehensive peacekeeping force integrated management platform.Peacekeeping Force Integrated Management Platform used B/S architecture,MVC thinking and ASP.NET technology for development.After Web browser passed the HTTP requests,IIS server which need the class library aspnet_isapi.dll at the bottom of asp responded the HTTP requests.Aspx file called aspx class for the instantiation of aspx object.aspx class needed to inherit from the System.Web.UI.Page class for various types of data processing.The platform used SQL Server 2014 for the storage of the peacekeeping force integrated management data.Peacekeeping Force Integrated Management Platform achieved troops management,service management,political work management,quantitative assessment,logistics management and statistical analysis.Troops management achieved system compilation management,station message management,conference record management,military training management,ask for leave and back from leave management,on-duty system management,important affairs log management and vehicle dispatch management.Service management achieved postal service management,duty point registration,out of service management,service with items management.Political work management achieved party building work management,personnel management,political education management,cultural work management and information dissemination.Quantitative assessment achieved assessment results management,assessment management and assessment column management.Logistics management achieved material return,material classification management,warehouse management,material-in management,material-out management,cooking management,medical management and vehicle management.Statistical analysis achieved vehicle statistics,service statistics,logistics statistics,personnel statistics,quantitative assessment statistics and unit statistics.The application of Peacekeeping Force Integrated Management Platform can maintain the data of troops,service,political work and logistics.It provides a data base for quantitative assessment and statistical analysis,which can facilitate the integrated management of the peacekeeping forces and further enhance the integrated management level and efficiency of the peacekeeping forces.
