With the development of our society,Car has become the most important means of vehicle in our lives.At present,the domestic car ownership continues to rise,which bring a huge car service market.Especially the cleaning of automobile,so the vehicle cleaning control automation,energy-saving requirements are getting higher and higher.This topic is intended to study a automobile cleaning system.Our system realizes the cleaning of the wheel and the smooth running of the mechanism.The image processing algorithm and the motor control algorithm are introduced.Through the improved Hough operator,the system can determine the wheel position,to achieve the purpose of directional cleaning.In terms of the mechanical operation,PMSM complete the motor drive,to avoid dependence on the server.In automobile cleaning hardware development part we choose S3C2440,DSP2812,USR-780 and so on.After the cleaning unit receives the cleaning instruction,the S3C2440 controls the DSP motor module,the fan unit,the water valve,the water wax valve,the bottom spray and so on to complete the cleaning work to the different parts of the vehicle.According to the system function we design system software.We developed of the user and the administrator APP,including human-computer interaction interface settings,data command information receiving and sending;in the wheel positioning process,we solved the image acquisition module and control center data exchange,image reading and image processing and other issues.At the same time,completing the cleaning unit of the motor control,the operation of the process control;external communication module,part of the detection software design work.Customers can schedule cleaning time and payment through the mobile APP platform,and according to individual needs to choose a different cleaning service mode;Administrators can check the cleaning data of the cleaning unit through APP,and achieve the control of the working state of the cleaning unit,which improved the cleaning execution control system,the degree of automation and work efficiency.The system not only eliminates the problem that the client management side and the cleaning end are independent but also achieved car cleaning unmanned,automated,reduced the cost and the system size.Finally,we simulate and test the key parts of the self-service automobile washing system,which includes the motor running control algorithm simulation,image processing in the wheel positioning test,mobile APP and the end of the exchange of data exchange test.Experiments show that the key technical aspects of self-help car washing system design to meet the actual needs.This topic will play a certain role in the research and development of the field of car washing.
