Design And Implementation Of Radio And Television Network Resource Allocation Management System Based On GIS

Cable TV replaced by digital TV is becoming increasingly evident in recent years.The unscientific network resource management,defect of documents management and some human factors cause the unclear situation of the current network resource;The statistics and analysis of Network resource is comparable lagging,and it’s prominent especially after the handover of staff movement which is not put in place,so that the earlier stage’s construction of cable TV does not function well,and the historical data doesn’t come in handy,which in the end greatly enlarges the cost of the construction and the maintenance.The way of the network resource management of this cable TV doesn’t match the development of the times,and it urges the cable television network units to seek breakthroughs of the network maintenance and the construction.As the environment of the network information develops dramatically,the technology of geographic information system(GIS)’s development is comparative stable which makes it possible to be applied to the management of cable TV resource in the future.With the extensive use of the information technology,people tend to pursue more intelligent and digital radio and television products,and cable TV has become an indispensable part of the city’s informational terminal.Therefore,it is urgent that the relative administrative departments of Broadcast and TV Office should build an efficient and powerful information management system if they want to enhance the resource sharing and increase the standard of the information service effectively.This paper will take the cable TV network in JiangSu province as the research object,applying GIS technology which is widely used in the TV network in the region,build a specialized network resource configuration management system,and realize centralized management of the network resources in the province and take full advantage of the information resource.It not only contributes to improving the information environment significantly but also helps the leaders know relevant condition of the network resource in the province in real time,so that they will make feasible administrative decisions.This paper aims to explore and realize the comprehensive application of GIS in the network resource configuration by applying Hibernate technology、plug-in technology、workflow technology、the Spring development framework closely connected with cable television business and other mainstream information technology.The completion of the system will unite the functions perfectly of cable TV’s optical fiber network resource management、basic map management、broadband network resource management、decision analysis in operation and maintenance、network maintenance,etc,and in turn will promote the response capacity of the whole TV network in the aspect of data integration、scheduling of resources and management and maintenance prominently.It provides management layer of JiangSu Broadcast and TV Office with the with mighty technology support to control the whole province’s network construction and to analyze the trend of network development.
