Research And Design Of Document Management Information System In M Company

In a brand new twenty-first Century,the application of information technology has been developed rapidly and it provides a better tool for the rapid development of the enterprise,especially when the ERP is becoming more and more popular in the enterprise,the ERP has brought tremendous changes and benefits for the company.However,as the continuous development of enterprises,a large number of documents and electronic documents will be produced.How to manage and use these documents more reasonable and efficient to provide a better service to the enterprise to make their development more faster,better and efficient,has become a new problem that the enterprise must pay attention to.M company is a large manufacturing company in Tianjin City,which has more than 2000 employees,more than 130000 square meters of delivery room area.I am an intern in the Production casting department of M company.I found there are some problems in the management of documents and electronic documents management in M company.,such as messy management and slow transfer of files.It has caused great distress to the daily work of the staff.I would like to do some research on it and I hope to design a set of document processing information system to solve the current issues.In this paper,I introduced,analyzed and studied the development process,theoretical results and practical exploration from the domestic and foreign document management,document management process reengineering and document management information system.Then I describe and analyze the status quo of document management in the M company and redesign the document management process.After that,I analyzed the necessity and feasibility of using the document management information system.Finally I designed the information system and I hope that it can solve the problem of the file management in M company.
