Experiencing almost30years' development, China's kitchen electric home appliances industry gradually informed a matured industry chain and related industry systems, electric home appliance manufacturing?electric home appliance selling in domestic market and exporting to oversea markets makes related industries further developed.it make more important roles in promoting china economy's continuous development.kitchen electric home appliance industry becomes china economy growth's important roles. Especially the medium and small-sized enterprises in this industry are the most dynamic and potential elements.Now after the international financial crisis, the world enters into post financial crisis period. Although the financial crisis was past, the influence of the financial crisis is still on and continues to be deepened.for all kitchen electric home appliance enterprises,it seems that now they confront a much more awful domestic and international economic environment comparing the year2009's:one hand European countries now are getting into national debt crisis while the united states are getting into the dilemma of high unemployment rate and economic recession.globally the fights in international trade are here and there.the sales in European and American market continues to be in downturn state since from the year2009.On other hand, China domestic economic environment become much hard, a high cost era has comes: Chinese currency-RMB continues to rise its value;it is much difficult for the medium and small-sized enterprises to financing and financing cost becomes much higher;the cost of labour rises much; the cost of materials also rises much;the fierce competition between the enterprises in this industry becomes much acute etc.these factors makes the medium and small-sized enterprises in this industry which are already in difficulties much more difficult.Through the research of an individual medium and small-sized kitchen electric home appliance enterprise who is the representative manufacturer in this industry. From all the aspects of the enterprise's present situation, its internal and external environment, the existing problems of the enterprise's surviving and development and how to improve the enterprise's export competitiveness, the writer introduce to the readers this medium and small-sized kitchen electric home appliance enterprise. After advancing the existing problems of the enterprise's surviving and development, through analysing the enterprise's internal and external&domestic and international environment, then find out the enterprise's deep-seated reasons of the existing problems. That is, in the period of post financial crisis, principally due to the enterprise's very low export competitiveness, when facing the present difficult international and domestic economic environment, thus it makes the enterprise feels difficult. At last the author put forward several advices on how to improve the enterprise's export competitiveness. That is, through adjusting the enterprise's sale and marketing strategy police, adjusting and consolidating the enterprise's internal management system, implementing the enterprise's innovation and development strategy to improve the enterprise's export competitiveness. Through this article's research it can be good reference for other kitchen electric home appliance enterprises even all other medium and small-sized enterprises throughout China.
