The Study On Countermeasure Of The Income Increase Of Farmers In Guangxi

Agriculture is a special industry which influenced by natural conditions such as climate, geography, and market factors, so it's very difficult to realize the increase of farmers' income. Guangxi is one of a relatively backward in western provinces, urban and rural residents' income gap is also too large problem, therefore, how to increase the income of farmers has become an important issue for the government of Guangxi.This paper selects the relevant data of 1994-2013 of Guangxi farmers' income from the statistical yearbook of Guangxi, through the distribution and change of per capita net income of farmers of Guangxi, we found that the family business income is still the main source of per capita net income of farmers in Guangxi, wage income over the years has been greatly improved, the per capita net income of farmers in Guangxi has become the important force and main parts. The family operating income in the first industry revenue, while, the first industry revenue is dominated by agriculture, and labor income is the main source of income. Then, from the agricultural industry structure, the agricultural modernization level, the famers' own quality and the price factors make qualitative analysis, from the urbanization, the government's support and the quality of the farmers themselves also make qualitative analysis. Based on these analysis as the foundation, combined with the data of the quantifiable, and the establishment of the model using Eviews statistical software to make a multiple regress analysis, then put forward some targeted, workable ideas and suggestions. Finally point out that adjusting agricultural industry layout, build-ing local brand of agricultural products, increasing the government's financial support, speeding up the process of urbanization development, improving the farmers' level are more import.
