With the continuous development of economic globalization, the competition within the industry tend to be homogenized, which is undoubtedly a great challenge for the entrant enterprises who occupy a relatively fewer resources. Disruptive innovation refers to the organic combination of technology and market changes, and this kind of innovation invade existing mainstream market with the low-end and emerging market and with providing the products or services differ from the mainstream market to eventually reverse the existing competition landscape. Although disruptive innovation arising from innovative management practices in developed countries, also can be reference for China economic growth in its transition period. With the deepening development of disruptive innovation theory, disruptive innovation gradually becomes an important path to economic growth and sustainable development for the entrant enterprises with a great market potential in developing countries.Therefore, this paper firstly organizes the current theories on the basis of summarizing related literatures, and then raises the issues to be examined. Secondly, this paper analyzes the technology, market, intra-organization and policy factors in details and gives the reason for choosing them as the influence factors, then puts forward the analytical framework of disruptive innovation strategies for the entrant enterprises. Then, the paper regards Chery Automobile and Geely Automobile as the cases and divides their development process into the initial, expansion and transition stages to analyze the key impact factors and evolution process of disruptive innovation strategies for the entrant enterprises from the perspectives of technology, market, and government and intra-organization levels in order to provide new empirical evidence for the development of disruptive innovation theory and to give the entrant enterprises some inspiring significance for their implementation of the disruptive innovation strategies.
