China's pharmaceutical industry has gained rapid development in recent years, pharmaceutical circulation enterprises as a key link in the drug supply chain, which is accompanied by the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry gradually, meeting the people's growing health needs and providing strong foundation and drug support. But the traditional business mode of the pharmaceutical circulation enterprise is facing many problems and challenges, which restrict the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical circulation industry. The rapid development of Internet of things technology forms a new business model, and shows high efficiency, low cost, easy regulation and other advantages in the application of many industries. This paper is based on IOT drugs circulation enterprise business model. Its architecture of the system and business model evaluation were studied, which has been guiding significance for the long-term development of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.The research contents of this paper:firstly, analyzing drugs circulation enterprise present situation and widespread problem deeply and describing the IOT, comprehensive assessment, business models and other related theories; secondly analyzing drugs circulation enterprise new business models based on Internet of things technology, constructing the architecture of IOT application. Finally, by using the analytic hierarchy process analysis method to build the IOT business model evaluation system, which selects ex ante evaluation object, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of IOT business model of ex ante evaluation and verifies whether IOT business mode scientific and feasible.
