With the acceleration of economic globalization,more small and medium-sized electronic enterprises are developing in the direction of automation and informatization.Applying Internet of Things technologies to electronic enterprises can help speed up the information transmission,master the real-time dynamic state of production and improve the product quality.A system suitable for the production workshop of electronic enterprises is proposed in this paper,combined with Industrial Internet of Things technologies,based on the research and analysis about the characteristics,factors and modes of the production in Electronic manufacturing industry,in which deficiencies of the current enterprise production are concluded and functional requirements of the enterprise for the system are analyzed.The system is divided into three layers: information collection,data transmission and production application.The data acquisition layer obtains real-time data from the workshop by identifying the perception technology.The data transmission layer realizes interconnection of industrial resource data by wired and wireless mode.The production application layer includes information configuration,real-time monitoring,data analysis,product query,storage operation,quality tracing and workshop scheduling.Addressing difficulties of production data acquisition and information transfer lag,combined with the layout of workshop,suitable hardware and communication methods are selected;relationships of structure table of database are designed;real-time data of production process is recorded;isolated information is finally integrated into the system through the wireless transmission network.Addressing the rough enterprise workshop schedules and the low assembly efficiency of non-pipelined products,productivity of the employee is to be supervised,combined with the distribution of enterprise resources,an improved genetic annealing simulated algorithm is designed;scheme of multi-objective optimization scheduling is determined;validity as well as feasibility of the algorithm is verified according to the simulation.dynamic rescheduling results are givenaccording to the actual production characteristics.Addressing poor executability of the dispatching task and control of the process quality,a production and control model of electronic dispatch list is proposed;a task-dispatch model is designed,whose main structure is parts-component-product model –dispatch list;process of execution flow and quality control is designed;operation process and system application verification of the dispatch-list model is given finally.
