Research On The Business Model Of The Platform Of Internet Of Things Based On Ecological Niche Theory

With the advent of the Internet ? era,the platform enterprise has developed rapidly as an emerging economic situation,and the Internet of things is becoming more and more important.As an important driving force to promote rapid economic development,the Internet of things economy plays an active role in realizing the technological innovation and the adjustment of industrial structure.This paper will focus on the theory of Niche.First,on the basis of summing up the research achievements of the predecessors,the paper will focus on the influence factors of the ecological niche dimension and development process of the Internet of things platform enterprise,the guiding role and relevance of Strategic Niche to business model is expounded in theory.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the paper will analyze the correlative factors of the Internet of things platform enterprise from the point of view of ecological niche,establish the structure model of the interaction,and try to establish the relevant scientific and effective evaluation method system,therefore,it tries to put forward effective management strategy and new ideas for the development of the platform enterprise's business model.Finally,taking Huawei as an example,the paper analyzes its business model and puts forward suggestions for improving its business model by using the theory of niche and combining the analytic hierarchy process with the synthetical judgement of the model.Through a great deal of analysis and calculation,this paper studies the objectives,procedures,contents,methods,results and implementation countermeasures of various stakeholder groups of the Internet of things platform,this paper confirms the guiding role of Niche to business model,tries to construct the system through model analysis and research evaluation,construct the system to the business model evaluation method of the Internet of things enterprise,and give the improvement direction and the development suggestion.
