As the economic crisis passed away. China's economic had recovered from the decline. Then with the help of macro-control policies just like Interval control and Directional adjustment,China basically established a new-normal of economic growth. But the increment speed remain below 8%,and from the point of 2014 domestic macroeconomic environment, this tendency will last for a period of time.In addition, the real estate industry's cyclical downturn, the national bureau of statistics latest statistics shows that there are 98.6% large and medium-sized cities'housing prices fell in February 2015,significantly slow down the growth rate of investment. Therefore, the domestic credit environment predictably still need a long time to improve.Banks are the backbone of financial industry system, and its healthy operation must be dependent on the prosperity and development of the enterprises and the overall context.Nowadays the process of informatization and globalization are accelerating,in this situation,we must handle the enterprise risk management and economic progress properly to fulfill the requirements of "seek improvement in stability",which asserts by the Party Central Committee. Thus, reasonable credit risk assessment of the enterprises is beneficial to promote safely and stably profit of banks, then having a very important significance to drive the domestic economy to go well.At present, domestic and foreign towards commercial bank whose the method of credit rist evaluation for their customer focused on financial indicators as the main point of assessment. It is very difficult to predict the future of companys'dynamic development and the change trend of credit risk objectively. And the evaluation system are often decoupled with the strategic objective of companys needed to be assessed,it can't accurate to the level of individual employee, bottom-up monitoring, investigation. But the natural characteristics of the balanced scorecard has just can make up for these shortcomings. Therefore, based on the previous theoretical studies about the credit risk evaluation, I introduced a traditional tool about the performance of management. I hope through the stereo collaboration of four dimensions, achieving a more accurate results of risk assessment. This article starts with the environment of domestic macroeconomic and credit, analysising what influence brought by the large environment towards the assessment of credit risk of bank customers. Using it as a reference to adjust the index weight below. Secondly, having a further research about the status quo of the credit risk management and its customers'status quo of the credit risk evaluation. Layer by layer, discovering the problem of the credit risk evaluation system gradually, providing a useful basis for the establishment of the new system under. Once again, through the analytic hierarchy process, the method of analysis of variance and other methods to determine the index weight and score standards, combined with the Z bank's business strategy, getting the credit risk evaluation system of customers based on the Balanced Scorecard. Finally, taking D company as a sample, having a scientific validation of feasibility and rationality of the system. In general, this paper is just based on the predecessors'research and conduct a tentative exploration of the application of balanced scorecard in the commercial banks'credit risk assessment.Based on the limitation of my academic level, there still has a long way to go to perfect this theory and do further research in the future. But judging from the results of case analysis, the final evaluation system still has a certain practical value. So I hope this thesis will provide certain help and reference value to domestic banks'related studies.
