The fusion of information and communication technology promote the popularity of the Internet economy. Large-scale platform leading corporations lead the high-tech service system scheme, whose openness, innovation, integration, reliability and convenience create great value for the users, the corporations themselves and the majority of members in industrial networks. The value-creating subject is no longer one single corporation, but it is with formation of large-scale, brand, network managed by the cross-industrial and value-creating multi-subjects. In the context of the rapid rise of the high-tech industry and the fusion of multi-industry, undoubtedly,studying the value co-creation mechanism of platform leading corporations and the value realization of platform product in open integrated innovation network will be helpful to accelerate the development of open integrated innovation network rapidly and healthily, and further discuss on scientific management mode. Therefore, this study has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on relevant research, firstly, we give a systematic introduction of the value theory, network externality theory, innovation network theory and platform theory and then summarize and review the scholars' research results in the open integrated innovation network, platform corporation, platform pricing and the value realization of platform product. Secondly, we analyze the property and characteristics of the open integrated innovation network platform products, the three dimension of value realization of the platform products, and construct the value realization model of platform product, study the platform product pricing methods and respectively analyze the value realization and evolution of full open and semi open platform products, including the characteristics, the causes, the dimension and the evolution path of value realization of platform products. Finally, we take Google platform and Apple platform as the case study object to verify the theoretical reasoning and model.The value proposition of platform corporations clearly determine the degree of opening platform and different opening degree all have their own advantages and disadvantages. The open integrated innovation network platform corporations need integrade innovation choice according to their own resources and capabilities. Unified network interface standard and module interface rules are the basic premise to make value co-creation of the open integrated innovation network members and they arealso favorable to ensure more additional value gain. Core technology and the basic knowledge of property right are always the key factor to determine the value creation,innovation network status and distribution of value of the platform corporations. The role and function of users' are deepening and have become increasingly prominent for value creation.
