A Research On The Impact Of Construction Of Road Infrastructure And The Oil Consumption On China's Economic Growth

Oil consumption is the measure of a country's level of industrialization and an important symbol of a country's level of economic development. Road infrastructure construction has a significant role in promoting regional harmonious development and a country's urbanization. Whether and how road infrastructure construction and oil consumption affects our country economic growth becomes a problem worthing studying. Road infrastructure construction to push the car, diesel oil and other energy, raising the level of consumption and road infrastructure construction.Oil consumption may promote economic growth by stimulating investment and promoting industrial upgrading, but economic growth and energy consumption and construction of road infrastructure investment is not necessarily a causal relationship, differences can lead to economic growth and oil consumption structure is different. Therefore, road infrastructure construction, oil consumption's effect on economic growth may be differences in each region. By analyzing the construction of road infrastructure and the present situation of the oil consumption and regional economic growth, found east central and western regions in our country road infrastructure construction development is not balanced, and regional energy consumption structure also has bigger difference. Based on this, this paper argues that in the current economic development condition, our country road infrastructure construction, the influence of the oil consumption to economic growth may be east west high low. In adopting c-d production function, after analysis the internal mechanism between and among found road infrastructure construction, oil consumption is an important factor affecting economic growth. On this basis, the relevant provincial panel data in 1998-2012, the construction of road infrastructure construction, oil consumption affect the economic growth of panel data econometric model, the results show that the road infrastructure construction, oil consumption, a significant effect on economic growth, the impact on differences between the provinces: compared with the eastern region, the western region road infrastructure construction to promote greater economic growth, and replace the diesel oil with gas consumption structure is more advantageous to regional economic growth. So we must optimize the oil consumption structure, improve the efficiency of energy consumption, increase the intensity of west road infrastructure construction, improve facilities construction of regional road traffic system, in order to realize the coordination of regional economic sustainable development and build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.
