The Mode And Policy Of Financial Support Research On The Resource-based Cities' Transformation

At present, as an important strategic security base of energy resources, resourcebased cities have been greatly promote the sustainable development of national economy. However, since the reform and opening-up policy, due to the lack of overall development plans and with the gradually exhaustion of resources, resource-based cities appeared all sorts of contradictions and problems. Consequently, the realization of economic transformation has become the primary target of sustainable development of these cities. Therefore, we should further research the related factors hindered the economic transformation of resource-based city, break through the status quo financial support, find a suitable financial support mode for resources city's economic transformation.Through extensive literature and data analysis we found that: firstly, there is a little literature studies about the relationship between the transformation of resource-based city and financial support. And there is less empirical analysis; secondly, the existent papers almost use the relevant analysis and comparative analysis method, etc.The paper is based on basic theory related to the transformation of resource-based city and financial support, and try to find out the difficulties that the current implementation of the transformation strategy faced through analyzing the status quo of the resource-based city's economic development and financial market; Then elaborate the urgency and necessity of financial support in the process of economic transformation through further validate the relationship between financial support and the resources city's economic development. At last, through the study of typical financial support model abroad, we put forward the financial support mode and specific measures in accordance with the reality of our country to achieve the healthy development of resources city, and guarantee the stability of urban economic growth. The article attempts to combine the empirical analysis and normative analysis method, take Tang Shan as an example. It has theoretical and practical significance to research the financial support in the economic transformation of resource-based city.
