Research On The Financial Support For The Transition Of Shanxi Province Resource-depended Economy

Shanxi Province has a wealth of coal resources,and it has made great contributions to China's economic development and modernization as China's energy base.However,the long-term development of coal industry in Shanxi Province formed an irrational economic structure,the secondary industry dominated,manufacturing industry shrink and the tertiary industry withered.Resource-based economy also has many problems,such as serious environmental pollution,low degree of urban modernization,low people's living standards.Based on this background,economic restructuring is an inevitable choice.Financial as the core of the modern economy,to the allocation of various types of resources have the role of optimal allocation,to study how the financial system to effectively support economic restructuring,it is of great significance to the economic transformation of Shanxi.The paper focuses on the relationship between financial and resource-based economy,and puts forward own views on how finance can support the transformation of Shanxi's resource-based economy.The research method is based on the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper summarizes the theory of resource-based economic transformation and financial support both at home and abroad,and systematically summarizes the mechanism of action between the two.The second is to analyze the resource-based economy and financial development in Shanxi,and makes an in-depth study on the adaptability between the two,and there are problems of mismatch and lack of support between Shanxi finance and resource-based economic transformation.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the relationship between financial and resource-based economic transformation by establishing the vector autoregressive model in Eviews7.2,and finds that there is a stable relationship between them.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,it is concluded that financial support has positive effect on Shanxi's economic transformation,but the level of financial development in Shanxi is low,and there are structural contradictions in the financial system and new financial needs under economic transition,which leads to the financial support for economic transformation is insufficient.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on the construction of financial system to support the economic transformation,including improving the financial and ecological environment,optimizing the financial structure,vigorously developing the local financial industry,cultivating the succeeding enterprises and innovating the industrial development mode.The innovation of the thesis lies in the study of the relationship between resource-based economic transformation and finance from the realistic situation,and creatively proposes to build the local benchmarking financial enterprise,and integrate the coal,finance and the Internet to create an online coal industry financial center.
