The Empirical Analysis Of The Influence Factors Of The Intra-industry Trade Of Manufactured Goods Between China And South Korea

Since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the China and South Korea,the trade and scale of investment are Increase significantly, after China's entry into the world trade organization,the bilateral trade become closer. With the expansion of trade and the raise development of national-economy quality,Intra-industry trade plays very important role in the bilateral trade.Especially manufactured goods is an important form of trade products of the two countries.In that case,For the two countries,the intra-industry trade comprehensive and systematic analysis of status quo and its influencing factors,For the development of the bilateral trade has very important significance.Firstly,this paper illustrates the study background an meaning,describes the theoretical basic of Intra-industry trade in detail.with the intra-industry growth of Sino-Krorea manufactured goods from 1992 to 2013 as research subject. Based on the analysis of the classification of overall trade of manufactured goods to China and South Korea, and labor-intensive products and technology-intensive products,Calculate the GL index for various kinds of manufactured goods, At the same time,according to the GHM method study the intra-industry trade and characteristics of manufactured goods to China and South Korea.Next,select average per person GDP, foreign direct investment,unbalance trade extent change of 4 affecting factor as variables to analysis and result checking. It turned out that foreign direct investment,China's industrial economy scale and the manufactured intra-industry trade in both countries are related to China and South Korea,on the contrary,per capita GDP difference and the degree of the trade imbalance between the two countries, to a certain extent, inhibit the development of China and South Korea have manufactured goods.Finally,this paper makes some suggests for the development of intra-industry trade of manufacturing industry in China and South Korea.
