With the deepening of the reform process continues, domestic enterprises joining the pace of overseas also continues to accelerate, in 2014, China's foreign direct investment voverde the countries and regions reaching 156 countries and 6128 enterprises.In addition, the internationalization of the RMB become faster and faster, which gives the banking industry in China a good opportunity and challenge. As the pioneer of the internationalization of Chinese banking industry, BOC achieved transnational management, in the last 100 years of developmen. This paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border operations, and at the same time, the reference of the development of HSBC overseaing, for the internationalization of China to continue promoting the relevant recommendations.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of the comparative analysis of HSBC. Before the comparison, firstly concerning BOC's own of the institution, business, personnel and management four aspects on the road of internationalization, through the PEST analysis that the current situation for the development of multinational banks are very favorable, the DuPont financial analysis method to analyze the internationalization on financial performance. Secondly, the paper briefly introduces the large multinational banks, HSBC, summarizes the experience of HSBC in the expansion strategy, business, talent and management. At the end of this paper, according to the experience of HSBC and combined with national conditions of our country, putting forward some good suggestions: to rely on the trend of internationalization of the RMB; pay attention to attract and reserve personne; strengthen enterprise innovation, improve the management mechanism.
