In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese national economy, tourism and other activities in daily life is becoming more and more frequent. The increase of the civil aviation passengers turns to be a blowout. The team passengers as an important part of the source of aviation passenger, the management level of the airline directly affects the income of its surplus capacity. In Asia the number of team passengers is huge, but the research about team passengers' revenue management is less. Airlines are facing a big problem about how to allocate accommodation and establish a reasonable pricing for team passengers.Based on the passenger demand forecasting, this paper carry on the research from two aspects. One is price establishment and the other is accommodation allocation. According to the demand forecast, passenger demand is divided into demand overflow and demand lacking. This paper use EMSR method to solve the problem of pricing, when the demand of prevent low overflow to the impact of high passengers, so that we can achieve the maximize returns. On the country, in demand lacking conditions, we study on the oligarchs in cooperation and competition game analyses, and then based on which two cases we build two models to realize the optimum choice of the maximum profit and give the compromise of floating space to each other and provide a feasible solution for specific optimization decision. Finally, on the aspect of passenger space control, this paper set up a dynamic optimal control model of team passenger space, at the same time this model can be obtained by optimal control strategy. The specific examples illustrate the application of the model. At last, the study provides the optimization recommendations towards the current condition of revenue management of team passengers.
