The Venture Capital, Technology Innovation And Industry Upgrading Of NHTIDZs

For a long time China has been standing in the low-end of global value chain, so it is imperative to upgrade industry. Along with the profound change of domestic drive elements and international impact factors, so it is a golden opportunity to upgrade industry. The advancement and rationalization of structure is the first sign of industry upgrading, and its basic power source is the technology innovation. As the strategy of building a creative country was formed, the important role and key position of technology innovation in Chinese strategy is highlighted. Since China's socialist market economic system established, capital and technology——the most active factors in social productivity has been interacting and fusing together in an unprecedented scale,speed and way. However, the returns and risk of technology innovation lack of uniformity and coordination with the returns and risk of financial capital participating in technology innovation. So only venture capital, who is willing to seek high returns and bear high risk, faithfully acts as the pioneer role of financial capital.Venture capital, technology innovation and industry upgrading are the three basic things of NHTIDZs, and they respectivel constitute the power producer, engines and accelerators of NHTIDZs' reform, innovation and development. Venture capital supports technology innovation, technology innovation promotes industry upgrading,and in return industry upgrading induces technology innovation, technology innovation repays venture capital. These three has been forming a good interactive mode, and they can contribute to the efficient integration of financial technology and industry in NHTIDZs, and together increase brick and add tile for the establishment of NHTIDZs' comprehensive innovation system and even national innovation system.
