With the rapid development of information technology, the e-commerce shows a great potential, and is rapidly extended to various industries. Fresh produce e-commerce started late in China, and is still in the immature stage at present. However, its development and maturity, especially the choice of its business model, has important value to improve the efficiency of China's fresh produce circulation. The main objective of this study is trying to arise constructive suggestions of making the fresh produce e-commerce model for the JSY Company, with analysis of the typical domestic agricultural e-commerce model.Consulting a large number of literature, the paper firstly studies the domestic and foreign research status of electronic mode of the current fresh produce, and specifically introduces the connotation of electronic commerce and agricultural e-commerce. Then the paper defines the scope of fresh produce e-commerce, and summarizes the characteristics of electronic commerce mode and agricultural e-commerce mode combining with the characteristics of fresh produce. Furthermore, this paper analyzes several current common business model of agricultural e-commerce, and studies the typical case of current domestic fresh produce e-commerce business model. Finally, summed up the thoughts of the business model research and the frame of it. The paper goes into details of the business model of JSY Company. And then analyzes the company's operating status using the SWOT analysis method. Through on-the-spot investigation and the actual data, the paper deeply analyzed the strategic positioning, customer orientation, and the product structure, etc. The paper puts forward the suitable e-commerce mode for JSY, based on the principles of business mode localization design and combined with the JSY Company's actual internal and external conditions and environment. And the paper at last arises the strategy and enlightenment for the development and implementation of fresh produce e-commerce in the local market.
