Since the "Internet +" strategy as our national strategy,it accelerate the integration of large data,mobile Internet and traditional industries depth,but because of the quality of their own agricultural products,long time,the price stability is poor,high storage and storage costs and Traditional B2 B,B2C electricity business model of the drawbacks,to a large extent restricted the integration of fresh agricultural products and the Internet.O2O e-commerce model will be online resources and online resources combined with the development advantages in many areas are widely used in food and beverage,taxi,tourism and other fields are widely used,and the deep integration of fresh agricultural products for fresh agricultural products Circulation,sales provide a new path,companies have a useful attempt.However,through the development of the whole fresh agricultural products O2O industry,to achieve profitability of the few,at the same time few scholars in this area to study,understanding there are some shortcomings.Based on this,combined with the current development status,select the scientific evaluation index,establish a scientific evaluation system for the fresh agricultural products O2O electricity business model evaluation research,has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the fresh agricultural products at home and abroad O2O business model research theory,find out the shortage of the research,as the main direction of this study,and for fresh agricultural products,and the characteristics of fresh agricultural products O2O business pattern connotation,the theory is further expounded,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,focus on the analysis of the fresh agricultural products in the O2O business model "Internet plus" under the background of the development opportunities and existing main modes,combined with the theory of value network,constructed by consumers,O2O online platform,the next line store experience,logistics and distribution system for the O2O value of the electricity supplier of fresh agricultural products network nodes,in-depth analysis each node of the value creation mechanism,lay the foundation for the evaluation index system.On the basis of comprehensive expert opinion value net framework analysis,established the customer value,O2O value,the online platform for the next line store experience value,the logistics distribution system as a value evaluation index,through AHP method and literature research method,finally construct the evaluation model of fresh agricultural products O2O business system by the theory of value net the three layer evaluation index based on the.Then combined with expert scoring method,the weights and fuzzy membership degree of each index are determined.In the empirical research part,using the questionnaire survey method,select the daily fresh as the representative of fresh agricultural products O2O electricity supplier model as the empirical research object,comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation results show that the current development of fresh agricultural products O2O electricity supplier model is relatively general,the score is low,there are some areas of greater optimization.Based on the theoretical and empirical research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of fresh agricultural products O2O electricity supplier model.
