“Postpartum Care Center” is the abbreviation of the postpartum maternal and child care industry,is also an important component of the postpartum maternal and child care industry.Its strategic objective and human resource strategic planning are particularly important.A reasonable staff structure,a healthy management echelon,an effective incentive system,etc.,will give the Confinement Center and even the maternal and child care industry a strong support.As a maternal and child care service personnel,the professionalism,work enthusiasm and initiative affects the Confinement Center business directly.In that way,the answer of how to build a set of incentives for employees of the Confinement Centeris the Confinement Center and the whole postpartum maternal and child care industry's essential job.This paper expects to contribute and guide the incentive system and Human Resource management of the postpartum maternal and child care service employees after a profound research and study in the employee incentive system of mother and child care service.The paper is based on the research of incentive theory,also contains the research of advanced incentive theory as the theoretical basis,and combs the related literatures about the construction and measures of the incentive system in the existing enterprises such as hospitals,hotels and domestic service.The study of the current situation of the incentive system of the mother and child care service enterprises and the questionnaires and interviews are used to summarize the existing problems in the current employee incentive system is also an important part.After analyzing the problems and finally combine the Z mother and child care service enterprises strategic and human resource planning,this paper will put forward an effective incentive system optimization and improvement measures in order to provide practical support for the management of enterprises.
