Competition between enterprises in the 21st century lies on the talents.How to use and develop human resources as a living resource and how to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,especially the frontline staff,which are the core task of modern human resources management.MB is a professional catering service chain-oriented enterprise which mainly manages college canteens.In recent years,due to the intensification of competition among the catering enterprises and the lack of internal incentive,the frontline staff leaves there seriously.The economic benefits have been declining year by year.Fierce competition in the market and the internal and external surroundings are changing,which objectively requires MB constantly to review and adjust their competitive strategies and management methods to gain competitive advantage.Based on the basic theory of modern management and human resources management,this paper takes the frontline staff of MB Company as the research objects,and on the basis of the definition and characteristics of frontline staff and the hygiene-motivational factors of motivation and the actual situation of MB Company,this paper emphatically analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the frontline staff motivation of MB,as well as the purpose and principle of frontline staff motivation,in the meanwhile this paper designs a set of three-dimensional incentive model which is systematical and closed to MB,proposing the practical supporting measures to improve the frontline staff motivation,human resources management and enterprise performance.This paper is divided into six parts.In the first part,this paper demonstrates the background and significance of this topic,research ideas and methods,as well as the literature review of both domestic and foreign scholars on this topic research.The second part is the definition of the concept and related theory outline.It mainly describes the frontline staff concepts and characteristics,and the incentive theory.The third part is based on the double-factor theory and the frontline staff incentive survey in MB.It focuses on the hygiene-motivational factors on the first-line employees incentive survey results,and analyzes the survey results and management of on hygiene-motivational factors.The fourth part is based on hygiene-motivational factors and the frontline staff incentive design,it mainly discusses the incentive objectives and principles of the first-line employees,and the design of three-dimensional excitation mode.The fifth part is based on the frontline staff incentive measures,it analyzes the health factors and the incentive factors of the frontline staff incentive measures.The sixth part is the last part of this paper,which summarizes the main points of this paper,and puts forward the prospect of the shortcomings of the paper and the future direction on the research.
