The Balanced Score Card first appeared in 1988,when the KPMG helped the Apple computer company to design performance management system. The core idea of Balanced Score Card is to illustrate the enterprise strategic track by means of the interaction among such four factors as financial,customer, intemal process,learning and growth. Balanced Score Card is awarded as one of the most impacted management concepts in 20 s by “Harvard Business Review”. Compared with other ever popular management thoughts, Balanced Score Card is still keeping its fresh creativity after mare than ten years, even though the competition environment and management practice have been changed very much. Blanced Score Card is used by more and more enterprises and organizations. As investigation, more than 70 percent of the 1,000 biggest companies listed in the magazine “Fortune” have been using Blanced Score Card. In the recent several years, Blanced Score Card is more and more concerned and used in China.This article analyzes the application of Balanced Score Card in enterprise performance by taking L company as an example, to take the research on the Blanced Score Card implementation specific process in enterprise performance management system, and the application of the Blanced Score Card has for a more in-depth understanding of Blanced Score Card. Through the relevant research results in this article on the theory of Balanced Scorecard, we can further understand and master the concept and content of the Blanced Score Card, based on the summary and analysis of relevant theoretical results, it has very important significance for the development process, to explore the research direction of Blanced Score Card. At the same time,but also to strengthen the research on the concrete application of the balanced scorecard, has the very good inspiration.This article research methodology, Reading literature, case studies and other research methods. General induction method and deduction method are also used in the theory research and case study.
