By this kind of fierce situation, the profit of A Company has to switch from mass campaign production to small various campaign productions. So during the transition period, how to build the production plan to fit the small various campaign productions and how to build the production plan after consider the various demand from customers and normative stock, are the big challenge and priority one for A Company.This article aims at introducing the product of A Company, the process of A Company and the currently production and planning management situation in A Company. After analyzed and optimized the operation process, various customers, customer demand, machines’capacity, size change standardize the semi-products and production method etc., as well as through analyzed the existing messes of production and planning management from the main factors which impact to build the flexibility production plan, to design the new flexibility planning process and key indicator to follow up the performance of flexibility in A Company.The research of article is applied in A Company and leaded to the good result not only achieved the tactical objective to reduce the campaign stock level, but also from reduced the production cost, faster react the market and satisfy the customers.
