With the rapid development of tourism industry,the scale of chain hotels has expanded rapidly.The gap of demand for talents in the hotel industry is growing,especially for service-oriented talents.This is determined by the particularity of the hotel industry,which is a highly service-oriented industry.The service quality of the hotel industry is closely related to the internal staff.The stability of the staff determines the service quality of the hotel.The staff is stable,and the service quality is high,and vice versa.Therefore,hotel service talents have become the strategic resources for sustainable development of hotels.Improving the stability of hotel staff is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of the hotel industry.Through the survey,it is found that the turnover rate of HK hotel chain employees has been steadily increasing,and is on a high level.The high turnover rate of higher chain hotel employees seriously affects the development of the hotel,which makes the hotel's development stop.Therefore,on the basis of this,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the status of employee turnover in HK chain hotel,and finds out the influence of employee turnover on the hotel,that is,it affects the sustainable development of the hotel personnel,reduces the service efficiency and quality of the hotel,aggravates the cost of hotel management and market competition,and leads to the decline of the hotel reputation.The reasons for the loss of employees in HK chain hotels are obtained by investigating employees' job satisfaction,that is,the reasons for the lagging of the hotel enterprise culture construction,the lack of fairness in the salary system,the lack of staff career development planning and so on,and the loss of employees in the HK chain Hotel.The countermeasures are to strengthen the enterprise culture construction,reform the salary system,establish and improve the enterprise staff career development mechanism and so on,and effectively improve the current status of the employee turnover in the HK chain hotel,in order to reduce the turnover rate of chain hotels.To understand the needs of the staff in the hotel,to create a humanized hotel enterprise,to pay attention to the training of hotel service talents and to pay attention to the mental health of the service-oriented talents,to solve the problem of the loss of hotel staff from the root.
