The Study Of North Heavy Company Project Procurement Model And Evaluation

In recent years, with Chinese large and medium sized manufacturing enterprises and gradually growing project management application has access to a new climax. It is different from conventional manufacturing projects, the large machinery manufacturing project of the enterprises which want to accomplish purpose are facing with great challenges. Procurement management is the starting stage to implement cost control and shorten the production cycle and is an important part of project management. It is the whole process of the first phase of construction and the material basis for enterprises to achieve their production.When problems arise in the procurement project, it will directly affect the entire production run smoothly. Therefore it is necessary and important to make effective procurement management performance evaluation. Reviewing the current study, we found that current enterprise performance evaluation of project procurement as a whole, are results-oriented process and put heavy light on the future of the past, ignoring the long-term strategic performance assessment. This paper take North heavy group as the object of study to study the project procurement management performance evaluation system based on project procurement management theories and processes and combined with the North heavy group production present situation. Make valid method reference for other large and medium manufacturing companies to make performance evaluation. This paper designing evaluation index system for North heavy industry group project procurement management to make effectively performance evaluation, we aim to find mining deficiencies and problems in the management of their purchase, and to find a way to solve the problem, improving the efficiency of materials procurement, reduce procurement costs.This paper using the AHP built the North heavy industry project performance evaluation system from a qualitative and quantitative point of view. The paper divided into five parts,by understanding the heavy industry in the North of the existing project procurement performance measurement system, we analyze its problems, targeted to design a more scientific evaluation index system, eventually building the performance evaluation system and procedures of project procurement and finally achieve the research objectives.
