H Bank Performance Appraisal Of E Bank' Study Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

As a new kind of Financial tools,E bank has both function of application and service from the bank,and to achieve the purpose of interaction between customer and the bank without physical form.Besides traditional financial tools' features E bank also has its own unique features.From the point of comprehension,E bank also has its special method of running,different from the way called personal business?company business and accountiong.This thesis briefly describes the current status of the development of E bank,the corresponding concepts of E bank,the meaning of performance appraisal as well as the development and application of E bank field.This thesis mainly focus on the researching of the actual application of Analytic Hierarchy Process into performance appraisal,the purpose is to strength the evaluation and management onlessee's manner during E bank operation and a relationship with the bonus shares,especially in an independent,flexble and efficient way."Concept-Theory-actual application" is this thesis' research method,apply the AHP module into the analysis on E bank performance appraisal is an innovative research which will provide a more scientific management tool into actual performance appraisal management.
