Analysis On The Financing Problems Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Scientific and technological small and medium enterprises, as a new and high-tech industry in China's national economic transformation and development of the times, is bound to rapid development. But in the process of development, there are different degrees of financing bottleneck, which limits the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.This paper focuses on the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises, set the research framework, learn from the successful experience of foreign mature OTC market, and analyze the financing mode of small and medium enterprises in the new board. However, the new three board market is still in the initial stage of development, there is still a direct financing function is still limited, the market liquidity needs to be improved, transfer board mechanism and other issues. This paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions: can be adopted to reduce the threshold for investors to attract more qualified investors to participate in the transaction, to accelerate the introduction of market maker system to improve market liquidity, improve the transfer board mechanism, so that the new three board truly become a listed springboard.
