A Study On The Function And Development Of Community-based Vegetable Chain Store

With the development of the urbanization of Urumqi City and the rapid growth of the real estate sector, we saw the rapid rise of the community-based vegetable chain store, an effective guarantee for people's living and for the development of a harmonious society.In the article, the author, by reviewing the development course of community vegetable chain stores, proposed measures to curb the sharp rise of vegetable price,increase peasants, create jobs, ease vegetable shopping, guarantee the safety and quality of vegetables, strengthen quality monitoring and ensure the supply at special times. Through field study, the author found some problems facing the development of community-based vegetable chain stores in Urumqi, namely the shrinking of business scale, irrational location, poor infrastructure,under-qualified employees, mismanagement, poor supporting policies and management system, and the author also probed the reasons therein. On the basis, the author estimated the total number of community-based vegetable chain stores in Urumqi, discussed the construction standards for community-based vegetable chain stores in Urumqi, suggested principles for construction of community-based vegetable chain stores in Urumqi:implement construction on the basis of needs,market-based management, formulating supporting policies. In the respect, Qimashan Community of Civil Servants is taken as an example to illustrate the analysis of community-based vegetable chain stores in Urumqi.Finally, the author gave some proposals to promote the development of community-based vegetable chain stores in Urumqi such as accelerating the construction of infrastructure, improving the ways to recruit new employees and occupational training, reducing the loss of businesses, innovating supply models, streamlining the circulation and other measures. The article will provide some ideas for the guarantee of people's living and the development of a harmonious society, and give ideas for solution of such problems as issues facing agriculture, the rural and peasants, and the quality and safety of agricultural goods.
