Employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and cash flow analysis are three aspects of the daily management of the enterprise. The competitiveness of an enterprise has a close relationship with the employee satisfaction. Through the use of data collected by the questionnaire, the paper uses AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to identify and analyze the defects and deficiencies in the internal management of enterprises.Xingping branch of China Construction Bank Employees Satisfaction empirical analysis of which includes four parts:one is the Xingping branch of the Construction Bank of china. Mainly includes two aspects of the contents of the company's business profile and corporate organizational structure and personnel information. Two is how to design employee satisfaction survey questionnaire. The three is to analyze the data collected in the survey questionnaire using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, and analyze the weight of each index by using the YAAHP analytic software. Four is through the whole investigation and analysis process, summed up in the daily work to reduce employee satisfaction in all aspects of specific factors. Improve employee satisfaction plan design. Mainly from the staff salaries, employee relations, career development, working environment of these four aspects to the specific design, through this program to improve employee satisfaction. On this basis, to improve the management of employee satisfaction program implementation process.This article hopes to find out the defects and shortcomings in the enterprise internal management, and propose the corresponding solutions through the investigation and Research on the satisfaction degree of Xingping branch of the Construction Bank. Through the research of this paper, the communication platform between the managers and employees is set up, and some suggestions are given to improve the employee satisfaction. Through this series of measures to make the grass-roots management can realize the potential problems in the enterprise, and take effective measures to improve employee satisfaction, the enterprise management process in the presence of the risk to the lowest, so that the enterprise can achieve the goal of maximizing profit.
