Study On The Current Situations Of Dairy Farming And The Development Of Its Industrialization In Bengbu City

Dairy farming is a kind of economical, high-efficiency and food saving livestock farming, which is an important part of mordern agriculture. At present, the industrialization of Chinese dairy farming is in the stage of rapid development, and dairy farming is under the background of rapid mode transformation from the traditional retail breeding to the large scale farming. Developing dairy farming sustainablely and healthily is of great importance to increasing the income of the rural residents, to improving the diet structure of urban and rural residents and to promoting the structural adjustment of the industry in the whole area.The paper studied on the development of milk industry in Bengbu City. It mainly introduces the development tendency of Chinese dairy cattle industry in the new era, the gap between China and the developed countries and the revelation of the foreign dairy cattle industry development to China. Based on the in-depth investigation and research, the paper made a careful analysis of the current situations of the dairy cattle industry in Bengbu City, the problems and the limiting factors during the development of this industry. From the perspective of optimizing and adjusting the agricultural industial structure in Bengbu City, the paper went deeply into the basis for the development of milk indusrty in Bengbu City, and its advantages and strategical choice. Therefore, the eight strategiess were suggested:to carry out regional planning of the dairy cattle industry development, to construct the dairy cattle industrilization mode, to fully cultivate and support the leading dairy product enterprises, to make a good job of fine breed project construction, to build and intensify the development and utilization system construction of dairy feed and forage, to strengthen the safety and information system construction, to speed up the popularization and application of advanced technology and to strengthen policy assistance and investment. The study has an enormous significance to the dairy industrialization development in Bengbu City, even in Anhui Province, and it can also provide an important reference for the dairy industrialization development in China.
