Business Model Selection And Performance Promotion Strategy Of Anda Dairy Farming District

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the increase of income level and the change of consumption concept,the consumption level of dairy products is increasing day by day.The healthy and sustainable development of dairy industry plays an important role in improving the dietary structure of residents,increasing the income of dairy farmers,and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy.In recent years,dairy production maintained a good momentum of development,the increase of farmers' income has played a significant role in promoting,therefore,it is crucial to China's different regions,different models of benefit and effect analysis.At present,the domestic dairy farming model is experiencing from the traditional retail model to scale farming model,dairy farming of Anda City in Heilongjiang province is also experiencing the same transformation.This study is based on large number of literature review and field research,combined closely with the present situation of dairy farming district,under different business models of Anda dairy farming district cost benefit analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the results show that dairy farming district of different business models are significantly different,the business model of the cooperative district and the business model of the joint-stock district have advantages compared with the retail concentration district,the main advantages are that the labor productivity is higher and the scale efficiency is higher,so under the same production cost,total output value is higher.Therefore,cooperative district and joint-stock district will be the next step of dairy farming district development direction of Anda City.At the same time,dairy farming district benefit influence factors of Anda City are analyzed,the results showed that the main factors influencing the dairy farming district benefit of Anda City is the economic foundation,social service system,technical force,farmers raising management level and infrastructure construction.And according to the main factors,as well as drawing on the successful cases of domestic advanced dairy farming district,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development,improve the efficiency of dairy farming district of Anda City.For example,strengthen the construction of service system,strengthen the pull function of the leading enterprises,improve the management level of farmers,and improve the infrastructure construction.
