Dairy production industrialization of Daqing city already had a certain basis,but the level of whole development is not high , there exist problems and deficiencies in this system, did not have the true "sharing both the risk and the benefit".Therefore, this disquisition is researched for the dairy production industrialization system of of Daqing city by using the method of Systematic Engineering.First, qualitative analysed of the current development situation,development advantage and disadvantage of the dairy production industrialization system of Daqing city, The features of the dairy production industrialization system of Daqing city were concluded, potential and deficiency is clarified in researched. analysed of the dairy cattle production in Daqing city by use hierarchy analyze method, influencing factor of the dairy cattle production in Daqing city were identified, and obtained the sequence of importance,this is convenient for solving problems.Second, evaluationed for the dairy production industrialization of Daqing city by gray cluster theory. evaluationed for each index, then using gray cluster theory to appraised whole system, conclusion of this analyse was that development level of the dairy production industrialization system of Daqing is primary stage.Third, this part has studied on the benefit relation in the dairy production industrialization of Daqing city,by means of the method of feedback theory. using the method of rate-variable fundamental in-tree, we established a feedback structure model on'The lead enterprise & dairy cattle farmer household,model. principal feedbackarchetypes were calculated and analyzed1 Reasons of two way contract violation behavior in, company & dairy cattle farmer household'were revealed and management strategies were put forward.Finally, this part builded up grey system model.of the dairy production industrialization of Daqing city, and made grey extra-deleting control,the result was that dairy product Leading Enterprises should give 54% of their profits to dairy cattle farmer, Just so the dairy cattle production in Daqing city can keep healthy and stability development.
