Twenty-first century is the competition of human resources, rather than over reliance on capital competition. In the global integration of international trade today, the demand of an enterprise for administration trade, marketing, finance, research and development is not a single, but a correlated one. It is the highly-skilled or inter-disciplinary talents that play a decisive role in every process. The research on incentive mechanism of backbone employees has been becoming of great significance, thus contributing to improving the competitiveness and the development space of enterprises.This paper, based on the existing domestic and foreign incentive theory, in view of the present situation in the incentive mechanism of Beijing Safetytech Co., Ltd., insists on the general method of integrating theory with practice in research, analyzing and researching staff incentive mechanism by using various researching methods synthetically, analyzing the organizational structure, demonstrating by a variety of charts and cases, meanwhile, it also applies for comparative analysis method and questionnaire to research and design the subject. By making a concrete analysis of the merits and drawbacks of Safetytech Co., Ltd. in the aspects of basic salary, performance-related pay, promotion and training, it aims at putting forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the shortcomings in incentive mechanism, This paper improves and redesigns the incentive mechanism for the existing defects in the enterprise, which has certain pertinence, and also has somewhat practical significance in incentive mechanism for more profound understanding on the intension of incentive mechanism, and enriches the study contents of backbone employees incentive mechanism. At the same time, the design of incentive mechanism model can provide guidance for the design of incentive mechanism in the hope of having some referential meaning in the development of Beijing Safetytech Co., Ltd and other hi-tech enterprises and SMEs...
